Britney Spears has won increased custody of her children.
The 'Womanizer' singer – who has two sons, Sean Preston, three, and two-year-old Jayden James, with her ex-husband Kevin Federline – is allowed to have the kids more than 50 per cent of the time while she is on tour.
Gossip website TMZ reports: 'Lawyers for Britney and Kevin Federline have filed docs with the family law Commissioner Scott Gordon, stating they have reached a new temporary custody arrangement.'
Britney is currently completing her 'Circus' world tour and the new agreement will be effective during the rest of June, July and August. The pair's lawyers have reportedly agreed which days each of them will spend with the boys. When Britney's series of shows ends later this year, custody will return to a 50/50 split.
It has previously been claimed Britney could only see her children while touring if Kevin – who won primary custody of the kids after 27-year-old Britney's breakdown last year – agreed. She was even said to be paying him $4,000 a week to travel with her so she could be near the boys.
