Britney break in woman filming documentary

The woman arrested for breaking into Britney Spears' property claims she was filming a documentary.
The woman arrested for breaking into Britney Spears' property claims she was filming a documentary.

Former 'American Idol' contestant Miranda Tozier-Robbins - who was taken into custody after she was found peering into the windows of Britney's house in Calabasas, California, last week - insists she was simply recording a film to help boost her career.

She said: "The documentary is more or less just, you know, on the way to Britney's house, going the bicycle ride, the camping out in the woods."

Tozier-Robbin is in Los Angeles pursuing an "entertainment industry career" and claims making the film was simply a way for her to get work.

She said: "I learned my lesson. What I was doing was paparazzi work preparation. I'd like to do some paparazzi gigs - it's a start.

"There's no obsession with Britney. Somebody else can go ahead and claim the title of Britney's stalker, because I sure as heck don't want it you know!"

Tozier-Robbins was found on Britney's property wearing camouflage fatigues and carrying a video camera and backpack. She was booked on charges of trespassing and disorderly conduct and her bail was set at $5,000.

She is due to appear in court on June 6 and says she is looking forward to the hearing because she wants the video she was shooting to be returned.
